ERROR: My custom templates won't sync with my Windows Mobile device

Typically, eWallet automatically synchronizes templates between your Windows PC and your Windows Mobile device. This occurs whenever you run SyncPro to synchronize the wallet file itself. If for some reason it appears that your templates are not synchronizing, you can find a synchronization log for the templates here:

C:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\Application Data\\Ilium Software\\eWallet\\SyncPro\\eWalletTemplateSyncLog.html

  • You may need to configure Windows Explorer to display hidden files in order to see the log file. To do this, enable the “show hidden files” option in Tools -> Folder Options -> “View” tab, inside any Windows Explorer window.
