FAQ: How do I delete the sample wallet on my iPhone or iPad?

The sample wallet shows up in your list of wallets, and is actually treated a bit differently than a regular wallet in that you can look at all the cards and categories, but you can’t change anything. “Ok,” you say, “I get it! But I don’t want to see that in my list of wallets any more.” No problem, you can’t really delete it since it’s not a traditional wallet, but starting with eWallet® 8.1 for iPhone & iPad, you can hide it. Just do this:

  1. Start up eWallet and press the More button in the lower right corner (three dots)
  2. Select App Settings
  3. Turn off the Show Sample Wallet button

That’s it, now the special sample wallet won’t show up in your list of wallets.
