FAQ: Why don't my images and custom icons sync to my iOS device?

eWallet 7 and later now allows inserted background images and Picture Card pictures to synchronize. 

Custom icons (.ico files) created for Windows do not currently synchronize to the other platform versions. We recommend using the built-in icons or emoji for card icons if you need cross-platform support.
