If you’re running Windows 10 or Windows 11 on your PC, you might get one of these “the app you’re trying to install isn’t a Microsoft-verified app” messages: — or — What does this mean? It simply means the app came from somewhere other than the Microsoft Store.

HOWTO: Get Registration Codes
You will automatically get an unlock code with the purchase of our Windows products directly from our website. Products sold by Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft in their respective app stores do not require unlock codes.

INFO: I sent an email but didn't get a response back!
We do our best to answer questions by the next business day (i.e., Monday through Friday) at the latest and typically respond the same day. If you don’t hear from us within that time, it’s possible that we replied but the email never came through to you.

INFO: Add Ilium Software to your whitelist to receive support emails
Many email programs will block email that fits the criteria that they define as Spam or Junk email. While this can sometimes be helpful, mail that you might be expecting from Ilium Software could get accidentally blocked by your email program’s spam filters.

FAQ: Should I un-install my existing version first?
If, for some reason, you need to install an older version of the software over a newer version, you must uninstall the newer version first (choose to keep your data). If you are installing a newer version, or the same version, just install over your existing software.

INFO: Trials and Unlocking
All of Ilium Software’s 30 day trial versions are completely functional, but will stop running 30 days after their installation. You will not lose any information you’ve entered in your trial, either by installing the unlocked versions of our software, or by unlocking the trials.
