Yes, ListPro uses File Synchronization (part of ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center) to synchronize its information. All you need to do is be sure that you’re running ListPro on both your Windows PC and your device, that File Synchronization in ActiveSync is selected, and that your files are in the right place.
