You can download and install ListPro from Apple’s on-device iPhone App Store. Like all iPhone applications, ListPro is distributed through the App Store. To download it, search for “ListPro” in the App Store or click this link on your iPhone: ListPro for iPhone.

HOWTO: Download and Install ListPro on a Windows PC and/or Windows Mobile device
You can install ListPro on a Windows PC like many other applications from the internet. Instructions Download the installer (.EXE file) after purchasing, or from our ListPro trials page. Optional: If you are installing to a Windows Mobile device, make sure it is connected to your computer and that ActiveSync (Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (Windows Vista or Windows 7) shows that it is connected.

HOWTO: My lists won't sync from the desktop to my iPhone!
Portal lists are automatically set up to synchronize, but custom lists are not. If sync seems to be working but your lists are synchronizing to your phone, the most common reason is that synchronization hasn’t been enabled for that specific desktop ListPro file.

ListPro for iPhone’s data is stored only on your iPhone, but can be backed up as part of Apple’s whole-device iCloud backup service. If you are only using macOS, you can still manually back up your data, but you won’t be able to access it on the Mac.

To sort a list by the values in a column, click on the column header. Clicking once sorts in ascending order; clicking a second time sorts in descending order. If you edit an item in your list after sorting, clicking the column header will reapply that sort again rather than switching between ascending and descending orders.
