HOWTO: Searching Lists

ListPro lets you search your lists. ListPro can only search one Custom List File or Portal at a time.

Searching Portals

1.  Touch the Portal you want to search.
2.  Touch the Find button.
3.  Enter the search criteria.
4.  Touch the Search button.

 Searching Custom Lists

1.  Touch Custom Lists.
2.  Touch the Custom Lists File you want to search.
3.  Touch the Find button.
4.  Enter the search criteria.
5.  Touch the Search button.

Ignoring Filtered Items

You can choose to ignore filtered items when you search. Go to Search and touch the Options button, then touch No Filters. ListPro will now search all items, even those that are filtered.
